TRIAL 01

Attention, Citizens! You have ten minutes to proceed to the Loyalty Chamber. Anyone who is late to the Loyalty Chamber, or who brings any weapons into the Loyalty Chamber, will be immediately executed.

[Once you arrive, you will find a large chamber, with twenty podiums spaced around the room in a circle. On the ceiling, a massive screen showing the digital eye of The Computer, turning to look at whoever is talking.]

You have one hour to come to a consensus about who to eliminate. Ties will be broken randomly.

[The floor of the chamber begins to split apart, eventually only leaving the twenty podiums as safe places to stand, above a seemingly bottomless abyss. Each podium lights up with a touch screen showing twenty user IDs (Seryu-R-CIT-1 is grayed out), plus the word “ABSTAIN”. The trial begins now!]

DAY 01

[Good morning! The doors unlock at 07:00, the enforced sleep effect wearing off just a few minutes prior. As you file out into the facility for the morning, it won’t take long to figure out what’s different. The first clue is probably the corpse in the Central Hub - the body that formerly belonged to Seryu Ubiquitous.

Once everyone’s up, there is an announcement from Friend Computer.]

Good morning, Citizens! Last night, participant Seryu-R-CIT-1 was terminated due to Communist action. In addition, one participant was successfully converted from a Citizen into a Communist. There are now 13 Citizens and 6 Communists.

Trial 01 will begin at 20:00.

[At 08:00, the usual fleet of cleaning droids will clear up the corpse and surrounding mess.

On the profiles list, Seryu’s full User ID is now visible, and her status has changed to DEAD.]

NIGHT 00

[As the doors to the Personal Unconsciousness Areas close, the three letters in your user ID that indicate your role are finally unblocked. If you are the Loyalty Officer, Defense Officer, Inhibitor, Scanner, or Indoctrinator, a new option will be added to your menu, only visible at night. All UI changes are hidden if anyone else is looking at your PDC.

Around 22:30, half an hour after curfew, everyone will start to feel overwhelmingly drowsy. Within a few minutes, sleep - or at least unconsciousness - will become inevitable. Nothing will rouse you until morning...]

Heyas, I'm Kaja! I'm playing Moge-ko from the absurdist horror-comedy RPGMaker Mogeko Castle, who's made quite an impression already with killing almost right off the bat. She's this super girly and cute girl who has a pink room and everything. She loves proscuitto, marshmellows, macarons, and naps. Oh, yeah, and she's also a psycho dictator who rules an entire floor of the warped-reality Mogeko Castle and crucifies and tortures anyone who ticks her off.

Now that she's aware of the murder penalty, though, she won't be quite as homicidal as she normally would be. And, remember, kids, if you're trying to create a cute girl, don't accidentally replace the sugar in the recipe with concrete. I'm not kidding, that's her actual stated origin in her bio. It's a weird game.

[Good afternoon, Citizens!

Your consciousness blurrily returns as the transport tube your comatose body was stored in opens up, admitting you access to an unfamiliar room. One wall is covered by vertical tubes, one occasionally sliding open to admit another confused person. The wall across from you has a sign saying "PROCEED TO CENTRAL HUB", with an arrow pointing at a red doorway in the corner. The wall to your right contains an unlabeled, dusty, and poorly-lit hallway with blue walls, floor, and ceiling. You can't see the end from here.

Somewhere on your person, you will find a thin, smartphone-sized object that wasn't there before. One side of it is lit up with a red background and a number of disabled menu items. Most of the screen is taken up by another message saying "PROCEED TO CENTRAL HUB".

What is this place, anyway? And who are these people stumbling in through the transport tube array?]

Hey guys, I'm Ethan. I'm bringing the obligatory Danganronpa character, Mukuro Ikusaba, also known as Huge Walking Spoiler and Not Appearing In This Game.

She's actually from the canon AU novel Danganronpa IF, of which she's the protagonist. Basically she's a teen super-soldier with poor social skills, skewed moral priorities and a personal aircraft carrier full of Sister Issues, but she's on the good guys' side at her canonpoint. Sort of.

Hey y'all! This is Sapph, and I'm playing Aud Torvingen from Nicola Griffith's Aud noir fiction trilogy. I was previously in Hunter's Game, (briefly in) Blank Slate, Murder Manor, and Craven Castle.

Aud is an ex cop with a wide knowledge of the law but little self-preservation instinct and a tendency for violence. She will do the right thing, but it might be painful for everyone involved.

For those of you who are not canon familiar, he is a very old undead monster person who can turn his skin as hard as diamonds because he likes to cheat. This little lady is Sakura Matou from Fate/stay Night aka that visual novel with the ridiculous powerlevels and historical spirits. Sakura's coming from juuuust before the Heaven's Feel True End so what better way to crush her spirit for the nth time than to send her to a mafia game, ha...ha...../lies in puddle of tears

Heeello Alpha Complex! I'm Rav-T, and I've brought this badass recon robot from the video game Cave Story. This is Curly Brace, and she's far too sweet for such a competent combatant. I haven't done more with her than a little bit of voicetesting, so she's still pretty new for me. She's generally really nice and optimistic, but gods help you if you piss her off!

This is my first time in a short-ish timescale / high mortality DW game. I've run and played a lot of Paranoia on the tabletop, and I'm really looking forward to this.

Hey there – I'm Dal, and I'm going to be bringing you Zolf J Kimbley from the Fullmetal Alchemist anime that was released back in 2003; his personality is completely different from the version that's in the manga/Brotherhood, but the basic gist of it is that he's both a chemistry genius and a low-functioning psychopath who's been hired by the Amestrian military to utterly fuck up a lot of people. He's an alchemist who specializes in chemical warfare, by which I mean he likes to transmute people's bodies into bombs and shove them into things such that they explode.

Fortunately, he cannot bombtouch anyone in this game, because he really, really likes bombtouching people.
