TRIAL 02
Attention, Citizens! You have ten minutes to proceed to the Loyalty Chamber. Anyone who is late to the Loyalty Chamber, or who brings any weapons into the Loyalty Chamber, will be immediately executed.
[Once you arrive, you will find a large chamber, with twenty podiums spaced around the room in a circle. On the ceiling, a massive screen showing the digital eye of The Computer, turning to look at whoever is talking.]
You have one hour to come to a consensus about who to eliminate. Ties will be broken randomly.
[The floor of the chamber begins to split apart, eventually only leaving the twenty podiums as safe places to stand, above a seemingly bottomless abyss. Each podium lights up with a touch screen showing twenty user IDs (the dead are grayed out), plus the word “ABSTAIN”. However, ABSTAIN has now been grayed out as well. The trial begins now!]
[[Vote here.]]

You heard her! She wanted to kill us! She even killed Anthy!

So your reasoning was kill or be killed? Was that it? You were ready to become a murderer for that?
Don't misunderstand me--I'm glad that crazy cat is gone. We're already at risk of being killed, and having one less psycho around is great. Still, if we were able to prove she wasn't a Communist, it would have been a bad move to vote for her, and you and several others still could have abstained. You don't feel bad for it all? And didn't you just meet that Anthy lady?

OF COURSE I FEEL BAD FOR IT, MAN!!! [She shouts, more distraught than ever. Her right hand instinctively grips her right arm, just at where the sleeve ends.]
But then that Yomiel guy started talking a lot and everyone was listening and... and it seemed like a good idea, maaaan!
[Robin always was one to get caught up in the moment.
....Blinkblink? She tilts her head slightly, confused.]
Anthy? We've been rooming with Kimbley for the past few days!

Someone please explain to me how who you share rooms with has anything to do with how you become friends with someone. Aside from reminding her of her fiance, do you actually have anything in common? Seriously.

You know, just a thought.

And if you have such faith in his intelligence, then you can't rule out that he's using his nice kid act to cover for being a Communist. Right?

[flatly. WHY WOULD HE.....]
Sorry, but unless someone else has a better argument, you're going to be my vote. I'm going to wait and see what everyone else says, first. If I'm wrong, I'll probably get killed or you losers will vote me off and be down another citizen or something. Whatever the case, I refuse to take another completely blind shot.

But, Robin nods.]

You're right, that is a possibility. But it still feels off to me. I'm going off our brief interactions with each other. I am a little suspicious of you as well, but not nearly as much at the moment and for a completely different reason.
Anyway, if you have a better lead for me, go ahead, share it.

No, I don't. But in an 'exercise' like this you should hardly be judging everyone by their moral character. We're all going to have to kill someone at one point, whether it be by being one of them or voting out our suspect.

[ There's a dull tone to her voice, but in all honesty, she's curious. Might as well hear these thoughts if they can be given to her. ]

You two know each other. While I'm not convinced either of you are Communists enough to persue it, your personal relationship likely compromises your decisions. If one of you is the Defense Officer, I can't trust you to protect the Loyalty Officer over your friend. On the flip side, if one of you were a Communist, it can't be ruled out that you tempted the other over.
That being said, with how upfront Tohsaka has been, I'm less suspicious of her, plain and simple. She could be a very good liar for all I know.
As for judging people by their moral characters, I'm not. What set me off is how his words so quickly contradicted his actions. I'm also a little less inclined to suspect Logan now, since there's no one defending him. Maybe he's a Citizen and the Communists are focusing on saving Robin right now.

If you'll axe her, great, one less thing to worry about if it comes to it. You asked my thoughts, and there they are.

But then again, it's not that hard to keep an eye on everyone myself.

[ She finds herself silent for a few seconds; whether it's because of how different Sakura is or the fact that this isn't the Sakura she knows, it's hard to tell. ]
Sorry. But it's true for you as well, isn't it?
