Good morning, Citizens! Last night, participant Simon-G-TRO-1 was terminated due to Communist action. In addition, participant Aud-G-CIT-1 was terminated due to system error. There are now $UNDEF Citizens and $UNDEF Communists.

Trial 03 will begin at 20:00.

[Friend Computer will remain to answer questions for ten minutes. One hour after the body is found, the usual fleet of cleaning droids will clear up the corpse and surrounding mess.

On the profiles list, Simon’s full User ID is now visible, and his status has changed to DEAD.]

So, you weren't really the Troubleshooter. You gave a signal to Simon, and he pushed the button.

As far as the brat knew, I was really the Troubleshooter.

It does make sense for Simon to have protected himself by letting someone else pose as his special role. He was nervous, even afraid, all the time.

So you were both lying to each other. Him about having checked Anthy, and you about your actual role. But because of the fact that you used that signal, as far as I'm concerned you have nothing to apologize for.

Everything that happened in the Food Sector yesterday is something I planned. I masterminded the entire thing! I'm the one who got Simon to let me pose as his role, I'm the one who knew Anthy was a Communist, I'm the one who got that brat to make my little Loyalty Officer friend "disappear," and even that was a lie I made up in the first place to hide the truth!

I'm the real Loyalty Officer and the only person who was protecting himself yesterday was me.

No, that's not the kind of person I think you are, but considering I once knew someone that claimed to have been tricked by someone younger than Paul, I just had to be sure.

It was my mistake for jumping to that conclusion, though. And... thank you for being suspicious of me one of the first two nights.

You're wrong about that, too. I never investigated you. The Communists took care of that for me by trying to frame you. I only spoke up in the trial that day because I didn't want to repeat the same mistake we made with Moge-ko and I had a better suggestion. It had nothing to do with you.

Whose orders do you think Simon killed Anthy on? It wasn't because any brat tricked me. I almost can't believe anyone actually fell for that! You guys really are stupid. And it was my argument that got Rin to confess. A Communist might sacrifice one of their own to make themselves look good, but three? What a joke.

You do seem pretty enthusiastic about killing people, dude. Like not cannibal lady levels but....

But it's possible! One would be to protect themselves! If you sacrifice almost all of them, it means you get the trust of all the citizens!

If you're smart enough to come up with a trick that big, you're smart enough to come up with something even bigger!

Do you forget how the game works? The Communists win when their numbers equal that of the Citizens. Sacrificing half their numbers would just make the game harder for them. It's the fourth day, and the Communists aren't in any better a position than they started in. Worse, actually, if we account for the Indoctrinator acting on the first night.

So if that's my game, it's a pretty poorly thought-out one.
